About INTCSC

Mission

The International Cyber Security Centre (INTCSC) publishes a curated library of current, practitioner-checked cyber security resources. We exist so responders, programme leads, boards and researchers can find credible starting points quickly — without wading through an unfiltered web of marketing and outdated links.

We are not a vendor catalogue. Inclusion means we believe a resource is useful for people who do the work; it does not mean we endorse every claim a publisher makes.

Editorial method

Resources are reviewed against a simple public contract: a clear name, why it matters, type, working URL, category, and a last-verified date. Only items marked current appear on this site.

• Starting-point strength — we prefer material that helps someone take a next step, not filler or pure SEO pages. Ratings use Strong start (5), Solid (4+) and Useful (3+).
• Freshness — links are checked; stale or broken items are removed from the public list until fixed.
• Honesty — we do not invent visitor metrics or unverifiable improvement claims.
• British English — copy on this site uses British spelling and tone.

The catalogue is maintained as structured data and published as a static site so pages stay fast, private and easy to review before anything goes live.

Founder

INTCSC was founded by Giacomo F Mosca, who leads the curation approach and the public library’s direction: practical resources for people accountable for cyber outcomes.
